Did you know that men die about 5 years earlier than women?

Here's some ways for men to increase their lifespan:

  • See your Doctor - 40% of men delay seeing a doctor when sick
  • Eat Healthy - as men age they need more vitamin D, fiber and calcium
  • Exercise - aerobic and weight bearing exercise is important
  • Sleep Well - at least seven hours is recommended
  • Reduce Stress - have a hobby, enjoy outdoors and spend time with friends
