Return Policy

Shipping Damage

Although measures are taken to ensure your order arrives undamaged shipping damage does occur occasionally. We ask that you inspect the packaging upon arrival and look for any signs of visible shipping damage. Please understand that your package will experience normal wear & tear during transit to you and should not be refused. However, you have the right to refuse any delivery with delivery driver notes that the package was damaged if you feel that damage has occurred. Please notify GO Medical LLC at 480-414-5514 or sales@MyGoMedical.com of the specific damage within 72 hours of receiving merchandise should you discover any shipping damage. This is required so that we can begin the claims process with the shipper and allows us to assist you in swapping out the product. GO Medical LLC cannot accept responsibility for any merchandise that you receive with shipping damage that is not noted or reported to us within 72 hours of receipt. Shipper damaged orders will be exchanged at no charge to you.

Our Return Policy

We do all we can to make sure we get the correct order delivered to you. In the rare case GO Medical makes an error in the delivery, for example, wrong merchandise(s), product inadvertently varies from website picture or description and/or quantity or if the merchandise is defective we will gladly arrange for pick up of the return and delivery of the correct order at no charge to you.

All products can be returned for full refund less shipping and a 3% credit card transaction fee if returned within 30 days of purchase. Product returned after 30 days of purchase will be charged an additional 20% warehouse restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted on special-order items. Only product returned within 90 days from the original date of purchase will be considered. You are responsible for any return merchandise shipping cost. A Return Call Tag for returned merchandise is $20.00 which includes picking up at the original address and returning to the appropriate warehouse.

Each return must include a Return Authorization Number. Unsolicited returns and returns without a Return Authorization Number will not be credited. All returns must be unopened and returned in original packaging and must be in the same unit of measure as originally purchased. Returns are subject to inspection. No credit will be issued for product that we determine cannot be resold.

Please call GO Medical at 480-414-5514 or email us at sales@MyGoMedical.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please have the invoice number and date of purchase available when calling. We will record the request and you will be given a Return Authorization Number. Please write the Return Authorization Number on your return shipping label.
